Lower Campscott Farm is the ideal destination for group celebrations and get-togethers on special occasions, birthdays, anniversaries and reunions. Pinetree, our largest lodge, is perfect for group celebrations with family and friends, sleeping 8 comfortably. Of course, there is always the option to include other properties in your booking, and large bookings can also have full use of the on-site function room which is a perfect space for group parties and shared meals.
With a full kitchen and ample seating, why not use the Olde Dairy function room for parties and celebrations? You could also arrange for an outside caterer to keep your work to a minimum.

With our spacious function room & well-equipped kitchen you can seat 40 for formal dining – more if you’d like a relaxed buffet experience.
Flexible Group Accommodation with function room
Book Pinetree, our largest lodge, and two or more of our cottages together and you can use the Old Dairy function room for your celebrations for free.
Fuchsia & Hydrangea Cottages may be booked together to sleep 8 people plus cots and have the option of an interconnecting door.
If you book all 8 cottages and lodges, you and your family or group will have exclusive use of the farm’s facilities – the function room, the games room, gardens and outdoor play area. You can explore the farm and farm trail and join in with the animal feeding too.
Getting married at Tunnels Beaches Ilfracombe or attending a wedding there?
We’re just 10 minutes away by car and a great place for the wedding party, friends or relatives to stay. Ideal for a get together before or after the wedding – you could use our function room for a celebratory meal or a morning-after breakfast!

We’ve an extensive list of local suppliers who can offer anything from gourmet meals & catering to a morning’s coasteering round the fabulous North Devon coast; a round of golf on one of the local championship courses or a pampering session in a boutique hotel. Fancy a hot tub for the duration of your stay? We have details of local companies who will supply one for you.
Our local pub in Lee, The Grampus brews its own fantastic beer and can supply real ale by the barrel to help your party go with a swing.
Catering
Latitudes Catering, based in Braunton, serve up their own take on world food favourites, using fresh local produce wherever possible. Cooking in their large pans on the burners adds a little bit of theatre to any event with the aroma of food cooking and the visual spectacle of the pans.
Celebration Cakes
Theresa from Cupcakin Around bakes delicious homemade cakes in her cottage kitchen. Choose from elegant cupcakes, children’s character cakes or extravagant celebration cakes. Her prices start at £2 per cupcake and £20 for an 8″ cake delivered to your cottage or lodge, do have a look at her facebook page Cupcakin Around
