🌏 Today is #EarthDay and it's got us thinking how staying at Lower Campscott Farm Holiday Cottages is a great way to re-connect with the Earth.

A majority of our guests choose our farm for their holiday and end up returning year after year, saving massively on air miles which can only be a good thing for our planet πŸ›©

Staying on a farm is a great way to not only see where produce comes from, but to also taste it too. You really can taste the difference! We rear our own organic meat and sell it in our farm shop meaning food miles are extremely low.

Our guests get to collect freshly-laid eggs in the morning on one of Farmer Tony's rounds and we also stock many locally produced items in our shop keeping the mileage to a minimum from our suppliers and also for our guests too, as no car is needed to get to our on-site farm shop from your cottages or lodges.

Our carbon neutral biomass boiler heats our whole site using renewable energy so no need to feel bad when you're enjoying that slightly longer than usual hot shower after a day of exploring.

Activities on our farm are all outdoors and involve time with our animals, so it's a great way to re-connect with nature which is always a good reminder that we all need to look after this wonderful planet of ours 🌏
