Set in its own private garden with steps up to an enclosed deck for outdoor dining and space for barbequing, Larchtree is light, bright and offers lovely views across the farm towards the sea. We think it’s the ideal spot for picturesque lodge holidays on the North Devon coast.
The open plan living area with full height windows has comfy sofas, a well equipped kitchen and offers dining for up to 6 with French windows out onto the decking.
The decking is private and enclosed, and is spacious enough for outdoor dining. There is ample room for a BBQ, not to mention a hot tub as an optional added extra for true relaxation.
The double bedroom, twin room and single bedroom with space for a cot will comfortably accommodate 5 people plus an infant. The double bedroom has its own door to the shared shower room with WC and basin, so it could be used as an en suite. There is a further bathroom with shower over the bath, a WC & basin.
Larchtree is tucked away at the top of the site so whilst you’re close to all the farm’s facilities, you’ll also have a little bit of seclusion too. It’s also just over the path from the goat’s enclosure, so you’ll get the ideal mix of privacy and farm activity.
